Independence and funding

Stichting The Intelligence Covenant Institute is the public and editorial foundation. NIC Advisory B.V. is the separate commercial advisory practice. Commercial engagements may surface practical questions, but they do not determine which editorial pieces are published and they do not buy a conclusion or position.

Every published piece is reviewed before publication for argument, sourcing, tone, and public relevance.
